- 20 years of experience in automotive global market analytics and management in both the new and used market, from retail to fleet.

- Before venturing out on her own, Rose held an executive position at Ford Motor Company leading global teams (both US and China) in the development and deployment of the analytical models and business solutions to support Ford global strategic and tactic decision making.

- Leading residual improvement initiative and analytical efforts is one of her responsibilities at Ford. Her department innovated and developed a variety of econometric modeling and optimization products ranging from remarketing revenue management, used vehicle valuation and residual forecast, rental mix/specs optimization, floor price and used vehicle distribution system.

- Rose has been granted with 7 Ford Trade Secret Awards and 1 US Patent.

- In 2014, Rose was featured in “Women Who Motor” exhibit, at Edsel & Eleanor Ford Museum, as one of the 7 female pioneers for her impactful and game-changing contribution in the modern automobile history. In 2012, Rose became the first honoree with Asian heritage in the history by DBusiness Magazine in their annual edition “Powered by Women” where they honored 8 extraordinary women leaders across all industries. In 2010, Rose and her team were again featured as a full page Ford ad in Automotive News to showcase the strength of Ford Motor Company. In 2009, Rose and her team were featured as The New ‘Whiz Kids’ on front page of The Detroit News. In 2008, Rose was honored as one of the nine outstanding leaders in the US with Asian-Pacific American Heritage by the Diversity Journal.

- Worked at Ford HQ for 10+ years as a senior technical specialist and as the technical leader in the Global Lifecycle Analytics Department.

- Bo is the first post-doctor Ford GLAD invited to provide onsite analytical support. Due to her outstanding performance, GLAD brought in many post-doctors since then.

- Bo and her team successfully developed and implemented a series of econometric models and supported key business strategies and tactics regarding product strategies, production planning, product pricing, marketing, sales, service, and business plan at Ford in different countries around the world including China.

- During her tenure with Ford, Bo won a Henry Ford Technology Award (the highest award in the technical area within Ford Motor Company) and one Ford Trade Secret Award for her excellence in technical innovation.

- Worked for GfK-CRC, the fourth-largest research and consulting global company, where he led his team in providing analytical services to almost all automotive OMEs in China.

- Served as the director of data management, product development, business development during his service at WAYS.
